• Environment Strategy (Development, Testing, Production)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure successful implementation of technical integrations, reports, data migrations, and extensions in D365FO.
• Understand clients' business requirements and design, build, configure, test, and support Finance & Operations systems.
• Play a pivotal role across the project lifecycle � from requirement gathering to post go-live support.
• Architect D365FO solutions, including customizations, integrations, and migration strategies.
• Design technical blueprints for Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing modules.
• Advise on environment strategies (Development, Testing, Production).
• Lead planning for Go-Live, Cut-over, and Hypercare.
• Collaborate effectively with teams, lead client sessions with clear goals, and drive impactful delivery.
• Demonstrate expertise in problem-solving, estimation, and delivering innovative solutions that ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skill

• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft D365FO.
• Experience in solution architecture, data migration, and integration design.
• Proven ability to lead complex deliverables independently.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A proactive and collaborative team player with a positive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Extensive Hands on all testing types.
• Excellent hands-on SQL testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Katalon, Jmeter.
• Participate in API testing and validation using tools like Postman.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and frameworks.
• Apply AI-based testing techniques where applicable to enhance test efficiency and coverage.
• Understand and apply healthcare domain knowledge to validate business-critical workflows (preferred).
• Possess Good Communication Skills, Quick learner and should be Agile and adaptable.
• Excellent analytical skills.
